Before you start tying, cut the 4" corners that will leave 1 -4" square notch at each corner. You should have the material laying together llike you want it to be tied. Then you will cut up 4" all the way around and tie them together. It should come out even at the corners.

With the material laying on top of each other you tie the two pieces of fabric together.
