It looks interesting for sure. Id want to add some chicken to it. But it looks good and spicy. Oh, and Id have to leave out the egg plant, not crazy about that stuff.
And...Id have to half the recipe as this makes a TON.
I don't know enough people to ever make this much soup. LOL
