Way to go Tink!!! I'm so happy you've had a great day at work!!! I don't know why that we as women let our bosses or "superiors" intimidate us so much. We let our interaction with them determine what kind of day we have. We are just as intelligent, just as capable as they are and often enough we have just as much experience and education.
I remember when I worked in an office...my high school Principal came in. I said "Good morning Mr. Milholland" and he said "Good morning, Janet, you can call me John now" and I told him "oh no, it just wouldn't seem right." Can you believe that? I was in my mid forties and still intimidated by my high school Principal, who is a wonderful caring man.
We ladies need to start feeling more secure in ourselves and shove those insecure feelings out the door!!!
