I want a mindless, relaxed job that I don't have to take home with me when I leave and won't be all stressed out by!

Tink, call the recruiter back. Don't tell him that you want a "menial, non-thought job" but inform him you are looking to find a job less challenging, less stress, etc. Tell him you are looking for the opposite of what you have been doing for so many years now and ready for more of a relaxed setting.
Tell him that your qualifications of job work ethic, enthusiasm, self dicipline, etc can be used at this job also and maybe explain to him how excited you were to have this.
Don't let him tell you what he thinks you want, tell him what YOU want.
Good luck - don't let it rest. If this is what you want then go GET IT!
