Sheryl at least now you will get rid of the not to nice neighbors. That is awful how they allow their dogs to roam and act that way. Good Riddance! lol Good luck to you and your hubby I hope the deal goes through Ms. Farmer...lol Being I am a city girl born and raised it must be hard work tending a farm with animals and all...I moved to NJ and this is suburia to me.. lol no animals though..
