Finger Nails
Throughout my life I've always had very strong nails. Always tried to keep them nice without having them too long. I like doing crafts, sewing, yard work..etc. and don't like them in the way, but don't want them stubby either.
I've noticed in the last year that (especially on my left hand), that a couple of my nail grow out and downward. Does anyone know if that is some kind of vitamin deficiency? I mentioned it to my Dr. but he didn't seem too concerned.
