I haven't done it yet, but I've even considered painting my bedroom a light soft yellow. I spend a lot of time back there, sewing, reading whatever and I just thought maybe that will help with the seasonal depression.

I also was thinking that I had post partum depression. These puppies, nerves, making sure they were nursing, losing sleep...etc. etc. has really taken a toll on me this week.

It gets better....
