Being I am on Jenny Craig, I had their chicken fettuchini with my salad. I try to make sure I get all my vegie's so my salad was filled with Romaine lettuce, radishes, broccoli, pea pods, carrots, tomatoe, cucumber, yellow bell pepper, green onion. Diet dressing of course splashed w/ Chinese salad vinegar. YUMMY. Oh, and one glass of wine. (how I wish wine had NO calories

)
My husband had a Lean Quisene dish with the same salad.
I haven't cooked for days on end now, LOL. The microwave is sure getting used lately though.
