Ok ladies I've looked everywhere else so I'll give it a shot here. My mother had a recipe for Mexican cornbread. It was absolutely wonderful but she has lost it. It had no corn in it (all the recipes I've found do). It had several types of cheese & jalapenoes ...If anyone has or knows where to find this recipe, PLEASE share
