Thanks all. I'm not glad that you all deal with this too, but it is nice not to feel like I'm ALL alone in this!
I have a tough time relaxing, because it seems I always have something I'm obsessing over. One thing is resolved just to have another start. That is a good day... if one HAS resolved before another starts!

It seems the rest of you have this same thing going on though, so I guess I just need to accept it as normal and get over it. LOL
So how do we get around this... since we can't seem to avoid it?
