I use the one in the tube. and the Sea Salt scrubs were WAAAAAAAAAY to abrasive for my sensitive skin. I would not recommend it for someone with sensitive skin. The sea salt actually HURT!
But the Clinique is not harsh. The exfoliating properites are so tiny that it is not abrasive yet gets the job done fabulously
