Janet, I never went to a meeting. I did WW on my very own. My mom went to a couple of meetings, bought the books for me, and taught me how to do it. If you get the books off of E-bay, I will teach you how to do it. No problem at all!!!!!!! I taught my sister-in-law how to do it and I will teach you, too.
