Thanks for the compliments ladies! I love my flowers and probably take more pics of them than anything else with my camera. LOL

Diana, my lilacs got pruned the year before last by a neighbor (I'd like to have pruned him!) so we had hardly any blooms on ours last year since they bloom on old growth. I'd have to estimate the planting here at about 30 yrs of age, so I sure can't take credit for it. They're at least 6 feet tall and probably 20 feet wide by 8 feet deep, and sit on our lot line. I think Lilacs give off my favorite scent of any. I love 'em!

It looks like I lost all my hibiscus over winter. They were supposed to be hardy enough to make it, but appear to be dead. That's a bummer, 'cause I LOVE those massive flowers!

My irises are only about 5" tall yet, so won't flower for quite a while.
Greg picked out the yellow roses, I chose the pink/yellow to accent his.

I always try to have pansies in memory of my Dad because they were his favorite flower.
Since we have a fairly large lot, I lean toward a variety of bright colors so they will have more impact. We border a county road, so I like to try to place my plants where they'll be seen and enjoyed by people going by.
