Thanks Tink, I didn't think about the swelling needing to go down, but yes..they should have told me what to expect. I guess if I would have went to a city south of ours, they put casts on in the ER. Heaven help the accident victims. From now on, we will not be going to the hospital in our city. Not worth it to me!!

My goodness, Janet, that IS ridiculous!! Cant you take your son to the ER over the weekend, and tell them what your Dr. said, but you are not willing to wait till monday?
