Tracking Down A Company ! HELP please
Earlier last month I placed an internet order for the first time with a company by the name of "Tack In The Box". It's a horse tack supply company and I paid for this order via credit card, etc.
I received a confirmation of my order to my email.
Well, weeks had gone by so I sent an email to the company asking for the status of my order. All I received back via email was an automated reply advising that the company had a new owner and all orders are being handled as quickly as possible, etc.
Well....I tried to do some research and find a phone # for this company. No such luck. Isn't this kinda odd that I can't find a phone number??
I searched the ladies name in my automated replied email and no success w/ this either.
I have sent email's from the website itself in the "contact us" box everyday asking the status of my order - I receive nothing back.
When I go into "my account" within their website to view my order it only says "pending".
How can I track down this company in hopes to reach a live person?
I am frustrated beyond belief and trust me, I will NEVER do business with this company again.
I would love to cancel this order but not sure how to do this either?
Can any of you suggest the best way to go about all this?
