When we have pot roast, we get this potroast "kit" that Tyson makes from Walmart. It is so convenient because in the "kit" is everything you need.....the meat, potatoes, carrotts, ect. The only thing is, whenever we cook it, my hubby does it all. So I have no idea how to do it. But if you can find one of those kits, I am sure there are directions on the box. Hey, if my hubby can do it, anyone can do it!
By the way, Cindy, I made those enchiladas last night and they were FABULOUS!
Thanks so much for sharing the recipe. My grocery store did not have the Wolf Chili, however. They only had Hormel chili. So I got that, but the chili was a little bland. Next time I am going to use the kind with tobasco sauce in it, since hubby and I like spicy things. But it is a recipe that I will definately use again! Thanks!
