we just bought somethings from GNC. I'll have to let you know how they work later. One is a total detox system to clean out all the toxins in your body. We also got a weightloss system for me with hoodia. As well as a papaya extract for intestinal health. I have used st. John's wart & kava kava for depression & stress in the past, but haven't had it in awhile. It does seem to help a great deal.
