What are your favorite health tips? Drink lots of water and exercise when you can. Even if it is just taking the stairs instead of the elevator or parking your car farther away from the door when shopping. Every little bit helps.
What special things do you do and why? I really don't do anything special or out of the ordinary.
What vitamins (if any) do you take? none. but I need to start.
What other supplements? none. should I??
