The movie stayed with me for years!!! In the movie monsters would reach out from underneath things and grab people. Up until after I was married I would turn out the light to my bedroom and leap from the lightswitch to the bed and I would never, never let my arms or legs dangle off of the bed while I slept (I still don't). I tried to break myself from it and would look under the bed to show myself that nothing was there and then turn the light out. It didn't work, I still leaped into bed!!! I've finally gotten over it but it took me a long time.

That sounds awful Diana. I never really had a bad experience with a scary movie when I was younger, so maybe that's why I'm usually okay with them now...
I'm trying to imagine you jumping into bed. lol
