It was on the news lastnight that in a little town up north, a very touristical place with no forgeign influence, meaning, theres only dutch people living there, have their kids, 10 - 11 years old using coke!!
Now come on, where are the parents? Where/how do they get the money to buy the drugs?
When you see the town, it's very pretty, on the harbor with only old fishermans houses, you would never ever in your wildest dreams imagine drug abuse there?!
I was totally shocked - this makes me sick!
