people can be so cruel with animals will you speak to your neibours about it?.
My daughters cat went missing for two months they gave up hope of finding him when one day out of the blue got a call from a vet about 20 miles away saying he had been handed in fortunatly he was micro chiped, we now suspect there neibours had taken him and dumped him.
