Please try to be sure there's always someone with you... any chance you can get hold of some pepper spray? It might be a good deterrant to just carry in your hand when you're anywhere you feel at risk. My dh bought me some when I was a realtor... 'cause there was some wacko setting up appointments on vacant properties and attacking female realtors. Thank God I never had to use it.
