If she owns the condo, she can have as many pets as she'd like. They are all different about the rules and what they allow on the outside, but the inside is all hers!
Renting is a different story...We're lucky that we found a landlord who allows pets. It was only about $400 deposit which isn't bad. It's refundable when we move too. We really had to scour the papers and internet ads though. Almost all of the places to rent around here are "no pets." It's awful!
