I didn't know you were a realtor! I'm looking in lower and mid Hudson Valley.
I've scouted out a few towns that look promising and affordable. They're Fishkill, Wappingers Falls and Beacon. I'm sure there are more, but I don't know about them.
Do you deal with that area?
