A LOT of teenagers go through these phases, mom's know nothing, whatever mom's say/do is wrong.
The problem is, they neither grown up, nor are they little kids anymore, they struggle with raging hormones, and are trying to develop their "own self"
Just stay yourself, and do what you normally do, try to ignore the "rolling eyes" and her mood swings, dont even talk about them in her company. Whatever you do, stay firm, and let her know, you are in charge, she is living under your roof. I know it's challenging, i have a 16 year old son.
They think they grown up, and know everything, when deep down, they still want to be "mothered"
Good luck, it will pass.
