Sheryl, in one of my classes a few semesters ago, we had to say a positive at the beginning of every class. On days when it was difficult to think of one, the generic response was "I'm here" or "I'm alive". If you think about it, those in and of themselves are positives. So if you ever can't think of one...there ya go!
