You ladies are so wonderful!

My Mom is still bleeding. They did this scan yesterday and found a good size hole in her colon. This morning I called her and she was just sick and crying a little. She has to drink that 'Go-lite' stuff to clean her out and she's having a hard time getting it down. They are going to do a colonoscopy at 3:00 this afternoon and see if they can repair it that way. If not, they will do surgery to repair it. I hate that she has to go through all this. She's been on a liquid diet since Monday morning and wants real food. She even made the comment that she would just as soon die if she had to keep going through all this.

I feel so bad for her. I wanted to be with her today, but told her she would only be sitting on the toilet. I would rather be with her right before she has the colonoscopy and after it over with so I will come later this afternoon.
