Ok, let's be realistic. Management is not going to do anything to her. It would cause them more trouble than it's worth to do anything about her since she is about to retire. The only advice I can give is to KILL HER WITH KINDNESS. I know it sux, but just grin and bear it. That will be the best revenge anyone can give. Hope it all works out for you.
