So I just got done with my 1st 20 minuties and OMG, OMG, OMG, OMG!!!
My heart is beating sooo fast, and my legs feel like rubber right now!!! WOW!!!
This is the 1st time I have worked out in over a year! HAHHAH!!!! I will go another round tomarrow morning!!!!
