I was just curious to find out if anyone on this site as sleeping issues? I have night terrors and I'm pretty sure I suffer from insomnia. Was just wondering what works for some of ya'll that might be going through the same thing?

It's funny, I just noticed after posting this that there is an Ambien ad up at the top! LOL
