I used to have serious depression in my teenage years. It is no fun, feels like you are drowning in a black hole and no one can save you.

Honestly, if these things you don't talk much about are eating at you so badly, no matter how much it hurts to speak the words, you need to let it out. It's like a poison you are dwelling on. And I also relate to understanding it seems hard to trust someone, or that you don't want to complain or burden anyone with your issues. Been there too!

I've learned that expressing myself and being very upfront has made me such a happier person. I used to be so shy, I was miserable.

Embrace, reflect and move on from the things that you've been through and survived in your life, they've help mold you into the beautiful woman you are today
