My dad has seasonal affective disorder and he goes tanning to help it. Just once a week, so not enough to get an actual tan, but enough to get that UV exposure. You could maybe try something like that?
I'm like Pony in that I don't feel that I get depression, but if a lot is going on in my life I get anxiety and constantly worry about everything.
I hope you find something that helps you through this! Venting is a great release. I find that it helps me when I'm down, so you should just come on here and vent when you feel lonely or upset
