Yeah, I'm wondering, too, who was in that casket. Someone Kate didn't like. I think Locke is a good possibility. I also thought it might be Michael, but that seems more unlikely.
I missed the part that showed Clair jumping overboard. I was thinking she would be saved, since Desmond "saw" her and Aaron getting in a helicopter. Remember back in the first season, when that fortune teller told Clair to give him up for adoption? Wasn't there something about him being evil? Or maybe it was just that she would die because of him. But from her reaction, I thought there would be something wrong with him-something evil.
As for Jack/Hurley...in one show, Jack told Kate they had to go back-she said "no". Then in the next show, Hurley said they needed to back, and Jack said "no"! And Jacob? In one show (I think the one where Locke first went to the cabin with Ben) there was a quick flash of Jacob, and unless I'm wrong (could be-my eyes are bad!) I thought he looked like Jack's dad!
This show is just too strange! Guess that's why I like it so much-it's SO MUCH better than those who can sing/who can lose weight/etc shows!
