I love having "me" nights but I've been so busy I haven't had one in close to 2 years! I turn the lights low and do yoga, nothing strenuous but just relaxing, meditative poses, and it gets me into a little zone haha. Then I have a bubble bath and use body scrubs and lotions and a face mask, get into comfy pj's, and sit down for a good book or a chick flick

That sounds so good, I wish I could do it tonight!
