well chica tonight i made more from the books.
giant garlic shrimp.
tropical fruit salad with chile syrup.
spanish potatoes.
they were very very good.
i took pictures but the camera batteries ran out and i have no morre AA's! can't download them!
clue for others: coyote gave me two cookbooks for the secret santa on another forum, one of Spain recipes and one of Latin America recipes.
