I just finished my interview and was surprised how "painless" it was.
I had to read some script, take a computer skills test, allow them to test my DSL speed, and answer a few very casual questions.

The interviewer said she was approving me, and that I will be receiving emails from them as positions come available. I get the offer with the schedule needed, the pay rate and the amount of training required and choose to start when I see one that suits me. Each project is a 3 month long commitment with the same schedule throughout. So I guess I'll see based on what they offer, whether I want to work for them or not.
