Crikey mate - you should have bit off his arm (lil tribute to Steve Irwin)!! That was an awful experience! Did the dentist not "knock you out"? Let me guess, he only gave you a shot to numb the area! To me, once he realized it was not going to come out so easily, he should have given you some type of conscious sedation (you're awake but remember absolutely nothing of the experience!) - that is if he carries anything like that - Versed is WONDERFUL stuff, definitely gives you a serious case of CRS (Can't Remember S@$t)!! I don't blame you for not going back to him. If you want to "take him out", let me know - I'll drive the get away car

Now, go take your meds (if it's time), put some ice on the check where the tooth was pulled (may help with swelling), and keep the gauze in there if you need it! No chips or crunchy type foods for a few days and don't sip anything through a straw as well - the last thing you need is an air pocket to form!!! I'll check on you tomorrow and see how you're feeling - and I hope the response will be good
