Several years ago (and I mean several), I was a lifeguard at a private pool here in town. I became great friends with several of the ladies who came and hung out at the pool each day with their kids (actually babysat a good bit for them and ended up teaching their kids how to swim). To this day, we are all good friends and they are enjoying life as grandparents
Hard to believe these kids that I once babysat or taught how to swim are now married with kids of their own!! I treasure their friendship immensely.
