That really sux.

We had an ebay scare just last week. My hubby ordered some boots and then the seller emailed him and told him that he could not access his paypal and wanted my hubby to send him a check. The paypal payment had already gone through, so hubby told him NO and to send the boots. Hubby never received another email from him despite the 10 emails hubby sent to him. We thought we weren't getting the boots. But then randomly, they arrived in the mail last week. I guess the guy just wasnt checking his email. BUt I was SOOOO mad there for awhile.

You know, ebay is a legally binding contract. If you wanted to, you could take the seller to small claims court.
