I recommend freezing the cheese cubes after you cut them, otherwise when you throw them in with the hot salad, you may end up with a blobby cheese ball lol

Pope this salad is similar to what I make, I zest it up and make it a cold salad.. Will post later today. Yours sounds good going to try it. Thanks!
