I threw a recipe together the other night ladies that was pretty delicious...
I sliced some chicken breasts 2 to 3 times so they would be very thin cutlets and easy to roll up. I put a little extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, basil then I put a slice or two of thin sliced deli ham, monterey jack cheese and jalapeno pepper sliced then rolled then and skewered them.
They only took about 15 minutes (if that) baking at 350 in the oven.
I served them with braised potatoes and baby carrots.
I am sure they would be done in no time on the grill
