If you get some weight off, you will probably be able to drop a couple of those meds! Just another incentive to keep up the good work!

I take meds everyday. I take my birth control pill, ADD meds, Nexium for my acid reflux, prescription nosespray for my allergies, and steroid inhaler for my asthma. I also take Allegra when my allergies are really acting up. At such a young age, I should not have to take so many meds on a daily basis! But I cannot get rid of a single one of them. I need them all. I've looked into getting on a monthly or weekly birth control method, but I've been taking the pill for so long (8 years), that would feel like something was "missing" if I didn't take that pill everyday. Plus it gives me a peace of mind knowing I took it.
