No fall foliage here, I live in central Texas where our leaves die a brown death of old age in December
. One year though, I had a conference in Boston the first weekend in Oct. We rented a car and drove to Concord, Salem and on to New Hampshire. We visited Walden's Pond, and I have NEVER EVER in my life seen such beautiful foilage!! OMG! It was just spectacular.
I have wanted to return ever since - but I'm a school teacher so going anywhere (except for the weekend) in Sept/Oct. is just not feasible.
