I've smacked Max on his side near his butt a few times. (There's a lot of muscle there so it won't do damage). Once was when I caught him marking something here. Not in my new house honey!
I'm also a firm believer in bribery with treats for yorkies. They are stubborn little buggers, so I get Max to drop whatever he has for a treat. Cesar Milan would not approve! I love his methods, but he doesn't have yorkies.
Max has very strong teeth, so he accidentally hurts me sometimes when we're playing. Annie has those puppy needle sharp teeth and she's teething. I yell OW!
when they hurt me.
