Harvest Potatoes
I posted earlier on the Pot Roast thread that I was making Harvest Potatoes tonight.. too good not to share. Tastes like twice baked potatoes without the work. Enjoy!!
Harvest Potatoes
1 32oz. frozen hash browns thawed
1 can creme of chicken soup
1 cup sour creme
1/2 cup butter (or margarine)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 t. salt
Optional: 2 oz. 100% real bacon bits
Combine all ingredients well, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a 9" x 13" pan.
