Well, at least it's good and clean! Just last year, someone wrecked through someone's privacy fence and landed their vehicle in the backyard pool. Of course, they had to pay for all of the damages to the property. A house just 1 1/2 blocks from my house. They recently sold that house for WAY more than it's worth.
