I don't like to touch anything in the bathroom. I get the paper towel ready before I wash my hands and once they're clean I use it to touch anything I have to touch to get the heck outta there!

I thought I was the only one who did that. I too, make sure the paper towel is haning down and then wash my hands. Then I use the paper towel to open the door. Some people don't wash their hands after "going" and I'm not taking any chances!!!!
