I started out the week NOT looking forward to the week, and I'm ending the week looking forward to next week
We had a big project due this week so I had to work a lot of overtime. I love being the head of my department except when it comes to crunch time
Scott left for another snowboarding holiday on Tuesday, so I had to get my old "supervisor" to help out in drafting and he's basically useless. I made and edited 11 drawings, and asked him to do ONE. That was too much for him, and when he didn't get it done, it was my fault. BUT yesterday we got the report finished and out the door
Scott comes back from the mountains on Monday and will be here for another two weeks before leaving for ANOTHER week of snowboarding. But I really can't wait for him to be back again. I really never thought I would or even COULD like somebody this much. I really miss him. Yesterday I went home for lunch and my cell phone rang.. it was him! He wanted to see how my day was going and to say he missed me. I asked him what he was doing and he was just on the chair lift
Next week is also supposed to be really warm. I'm taking Wednesday off work to go snowboarding with a friend for a day... I'll leave Scott with the responsibility at work for one day
I deserve at least a tiny holiday of my own!
