Do you feel pain in that part of your arm where you would get a shot? If so, it could be your rotator cuff that is impinged. Have you pulled anything heavy in the past few days/weeks? Often rotator cuffs hurt at night when you are in bed or just when you are sitting doing nothing - a sort of dull ache.

This may not be it at all, but it is an easy way to check for it.

Can you see me standing up doing as you instructed?...LOLOL It's not that...no pain so far. I just don't know what it is, but I think I'm going to take an ibuprofen or a muscle relaxant tonight and see if maybe that will help. If not, I'll continue to take the ibuprofen for a few days and see. I need to start remembering what the heck I do that could cause an injury. My mother seems to be in better shape than me...LOLOL
