I lost 6 pounds!!!

I am so excited! I started dieting for real about 4 or 5 weeks ago, and really buckled down 3 weeks ago when I went to the doctor. She told me I needed to lost about 10 pounds.

I started at 143.5 and I'm now 137.5. My goal is 130.

The McDonald's Chicken sandwich and fried I had Wednesday hasn't caught up with me yet. HaHa!!!
